Hijama / Cupping therapy removes blood and tissue fluids mixed with potentially harmful substances. Therapeutic benefits of cupping are not related to the amount of blood drawn out but to the number of excreted toxins.

Wet Cupping
One of the most popular therapies as it provides mitigation for many health problems. Once dry cupping has been performed, the pressured cups are placed over the minuscule incisions which induce the stagnant blood (which carries the toxins) out of the body. The cuts resemble the appearance of a paper cut and are not harmful nor painful, the marks on the skin from the cupping are normal and disappear within a few days. For the most effective treatment, Wet Cupping (Hijama) should be carried out at regular intervals.
Dry Cupping
Dry cupping does not involve any incisions and is a process that moves the toxins/stagnant blood to just below the surface of the skin, this normally precedes wet cupping. Pain is very minimal other than the pinching of the skin, which leaves a temporary circular mark.
Fire Cupping - Coming soon
The purpose of fire cupping is to promote healing through non-invasive methods. About five to seven cups are applied during the session for about three minutes at a time. The suction under the cup causes the blood vessels to expand, encouraging blood flow and improving circulation.
Face Cupping
Facial cupping increase blood circulation and stimulate the facial cells that are responsible for collagen production.
Promotes healthy skin and a natural glow
Boosts circulation and reduces inflammation
Improves the appearance of fine lines
Relieves stress
Trimming £3
You will need to provide us with your own body trimmer
Back Trimming
Have a hairy back? Need it trimmed but can do it your self?
We will trim you back hair for you, its difficult to get cups to stick on areas with lots of hair. This is because the hair leaves little gaps for air to escape from the cups leading the cups to fall off.
